illuminated reality

Buddhist contemplates a lunar eclipse on the stump of a thousand-year-old tree, mountain lakes and a series of peaks are illuminated by moonlight.

A huge cloud looms on the horizon, like a mountain, through which light can hardly break through.

The contemplator balances the elements while maintaining the stable order of this landscape.

I painted this picture when I lived in Bali - a feeling of a clear and natural movement of life where every element and event creates a landscape of reality.
